you should have got all the air out before installing it.. Like the foam though, bet it will be pretty quiet after you sort this out
 
Pick your case up when it's off, and move it around on all axes. This will allow trapped air to escape.
 
that looks like a lot of cooling for that single rad to pull off....

ok, it was the "tline" in the pump, the alpha cool top blows for 2 intakes and one out. i poped in a tline in the bottem between the second gpu and the second rad and bled in about 20 mins :). If you look in the pics you see i have two rads in the case one 120.2 and a 120.1 in the front both are BIP's and my q6600 at 3.0 idles at 30*c and the gpus hover around 32-33*c.
