quike question about ram syncros

sup all, was wondering if on a a7n8x deluxe with a +2500 barton should i asyncro my ram to the fsb (cpu)?? I dont quite understand what happens idifferently when the ram is not syncroed to the cpu or when it is syncroed at 100%. Also should i syncro my agp slot too?? and why cant i only syncro the agp slot to 50%?? plz help asap! thanks

your AGP should be set to 66 unless you want to OC the slot (not the card itself), which usually doenst work too well. as for the async, sync ram/fsb is the best, but async lets you give your proc huge FSBs while keeping the RAM at its own speed, if you have slow ram.
 
i mean the agp speed spectrum, should i set it at 50% or just set the fsb speed spectrum to 100%??
 
also should i just have my memory freq be at 100% or can i go higher like 200%?? i have some mushkin pc 3500 ddr lvl2 1 gig of ram so i can push it a lil
