Quieting a IDEQ 210V

I'm waiting on my AMD 3200 to go along with my IDEQ. Wanting to see how loud it would be I decided to plug it in and start it up to see what the fan noise was like and wow is that 70x70x15 fan ever loud. I realize it is probably on full power but I will be running simulations on it at night and I would like to be able to get some sleep. My laptop fan used to drive me nuts when I would leave it running at night!

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone could recomend some nice fans to replace this with or anything they did to trim the noise. If I had the balls I would water cool this bastard but I figure I would fuck it up.

There is also the CPU fan attached to the heatsink, which I haven't heard yet, but I imagine I would like to replace that as well. (Anyone know the size? It doesn't have a model number on it: 50x50x15?)

I replaced my fan with a 70mm AOC aluminum fan I found at directron. Way quieter. But its actually about 72 mm so I had to do a bit of modding to get it on there. Now I just need to get a quieter fan on my freakin 6800gt, cuz that thing is quite loud.
 
The fan I bought was a little too large, so the screw holes didnt line up with the screw holes on the heatsink. It still worked though cuz I just snapped the metal tabs off and the screws go between the copper fins and its on there pretty good.
 
I don't know if it was the same fan or not, but I saw an AOC aluminim but it had a bd rating of 32, which I think was what the stock fan was listed as. I saw some with a 28 rating. Unfortunetly, it looked like there are quiet 80mm fans -- I guess 70mm isn't so standardized.
