I tried searching for this, but the search doesn't work. So what is the quietest ~400W powersupply that's reasonably priced (i.e., not 100 bucks or something like that).
 
you could buy whatever psu you like and swap out the fans with panaflo L-type fans .. i did that to my truecontrol 550 and its virtually inaudible now
 
Seasonic.....drool. I think those would be close to the $100 mark. My Antec true 330 is impossible to hear unless I put my ear to it.
 
if u chip in a couple more bux you could get anantec 380W truepower in an antec sonata case......can't beat that
