Quietest HDDs?

In general who makes the quietest drives? I'm looking to spend under 150 for a 200gb SATA drive for a new build, and I'm hoping to keep it as quiet as possible.

In terms of perceived idle noise (taking into account noise power and frequency), my opinion is that the Samsung SpinPoint P80 series are the quietest 3.5" hard drives in recent years.
 
I have 2 Seagate 40GB Barracudas in my main computer now that are absolutely silent. Much quieter than the Maxtors and WDs I've used before. YMMV
