Quiet UPS?

Got asked about a quiet UPS. Computer goes to sleep and all is quiet, but there's the UPS fan rolling along in the background. Any recommendations for a reasonably quiet one? I'm assuming there's probably just a standard desktop and maybe a small inkjet printer used on this one. Do any of them go to sleep?

(I poked around in a search and didn't run across anything obvious. Sizing I can figure out from the FAQ once I know what he's really likely to be running on it.)

TrippLite makes a lot of passively cooled units, I would look in that direction.
