Quiet Pump/Res combo?

I'm looking to build a quiet water cooling system for just the cpu. I'm trying to avoid a noisy pump.

I like the XSPC 5.25" reservoirs. What do you think would be less noisy the XSPC X2O 750 or the XSPC 5.25 DDC reservoir and Swiftech MCP355 Laing pump combo?

The Swiftech MCP355 and MCP655 are really quiet in my experience. Fans are usually louder than the pumps.

D5's (655) are a bit quieter then the DDC's (MCP355).

You'll hear the fans over the pump.

I just ordered that today myself. Koolance and Danger Den also have some, and theirs look nicer, but also cost twice as much.

Kind of funny that you can get the reservoir with a pump for less than the reservoir without it.

I'm also thinking of getting a second reservoir for extra water capacity. Will this help temps significantly?

I have that res and its really nice. The only downfall is there is no way to adjust the pump speed without pulling out the res and trying to fish something up to the pump speed control or actually removing the pump. The loudest part of my loop is that stupid pump because I set it to 4 and am not about to drain the loop to take out the res and pump to turn it down.

That res/pump are loud at first until it clears out all of the air. Takes about 24 hours.
