I was thinking about the Eheim 1260 because of its power, but how reliable is it? Also, how quiet is it. If anyone has any other suggestions on pumps or any other info please tell me.
eheim 1250 is a nice pump, it is queit and decent performance. It is a little large and the head pressure is a little low, but would work good in a 1/2" system.
Other good choices for quiet powerful pumps are the AQX-50Z or the mcp350 (especially if you do the mod to the 350)
