I'm looking to create a reasonably silent/quiet pc.
Starting with the case, what's my best choice? I don't want to go with any sort of exotic cooling solution, so it has to be air cooled. I'm liking what I hear about the Antec Sonata, and I wanted to hear about the best combination of cpu/fan and hard drive options that will keep sound to a bare minimum.

TIA

the sonata does :)

i got one, stock hsf on my 2500+ . I added the optional 120mm to the backside of the harddrive cage, and the only noise I usually here is the hardrives, and that stock hsf. probably the best case I've ever had and looks sexy too

Lanboy is an option. Passive watercooling and any case works well for noise.
