Does anyone here know of a PC company that makes really quiet PC's that won't bankrupt you (perform well)?
 
and it likely wouldnt be able to deal with nearly as much heat as a water cooled rig

however it is interesting and completely silent
but pretty scary without a °C/W rating
 
What are/were the other specs? I mess around with HTPCs and for them the key is silence so maybe I could help you out with this.
