Quiet down my hard drive

I have a Coolermaster Stacker case. It has a 5 1/4" to 3 1/2" drive bay converter that converts 3 5 1/4" to 4 3 1/2" IT also has some rubber shock mounts on it to quiet down hard drives you mount in there.

My problem is I did not want to use all three 5 1/4" bays so I removed the converter and put a standard 5 1/4" hard drive rails in. Now my 74GB Raptor is loud. I have a silent watercooling setup and it is driving me nuts. I was wondering if anyone know where I can pickup some rails with shock mounts on them. I would even do a hard drive cooler if it was passive.

I had thought about the "silent" hard drive enclosures but they seem to raise temperatures and I do not have much air flow through my case.
