Quiet Cpu cooler for prescott ???

Can anyone recommend me a cpu cooler for a P4 3.0ghz Prescott that is on the quiet side w/ performance to boot ?
I read alot of reviews and still can't figure out what to get......I'm guessing the XP-90 or 120 ?
Just making sure i check with you guys before i buy one.

If not Zalman 7700cu or 7000cu. AC Freezer. XP120 with low noise 120 mili fan. Thermaltake zero noise heatpipe cooler (best used with a low noise 120 mili fan).
