Quiet cooler for HD6950 reference

I am trying to get my computer as close to silent as possible and the HD6950's fan is the loudest thing at the moment. Case is a 550d and Pentium G630 with passive cooler. Any recommendations on a cooler to get?

No overclocking and the card is not used for gaming, but some OpenCL development work.
