I'm not really worried about the air flow more just about the quietness of it...
 
nexus or panaflo, they have certain models that most people 7v to make them (almost) inaudiable. preferably from newegg, meh but I'd rather get them at svc.

I have the nexus 80mm, 92mm and 120mm... I love them all.. very silent and powerful enough to cool my case and my P4 3.46Ghz EE and Ati XT850XT PE
 
I wouldnt trust that for any kind of critical cooling though. 15 cfm is... very little airflow. Id go with the yate loon/nexus 35cfm 22dba fan.
