I'm looking to upgrade to Athlon 64 2800+ and need a PSU. Basically I'd like a quiet PSU but modular would be nice so I saw a Sunbeam Nuuo 450 and was wondering if anyone could tell me if it's relatively quiet or not?

Also someone suggested was an XClio 450 as a good pricepoint. Any opinions on the noise here?

From what I've read the Seasonic S12 would be the ultimate, but I just can't justify that kind of money for this system.
