Quickbooks Customer List -> MS CRM (Or Other)

We're looking at moving to a more unified CRM solution, whether it be MS Dynamics, or something else. Now we have a pretty extensive customer list in QuickBooks Pro 2008. (About 2000 entries, and more vendors and contacts)

Now when looking at licensing for MS Dynamics CRM, it appears I'm going to have to spend another ~$1000 on a program that will carry it all over. There has to be a cheaper solution.

All we really want is a contact database. Something that will allow us to answer a phone, get their contact info, be able to input it, and pull up customer history (calls, leads, previous work done)

Integration with Outlook is a plus.
