Quickbooks Alternative?

Are there any good alternatives to quickbooks for small business total solution?

Wanted features: estimates, invoices, manage finances, and inventory.

Very simple requirments I need.

Define "total solution".

There are quite a few other business accounting applications out there. You need to qualify your question with some kind of requirements or functionality list, otherwise you'll end up with a list of programs that may or may not work for your particular situation.

excel and access can do it all, just you need to know the math and how to do it all.
