Quick UPS Question

I bought a UPS at MicroCenter today, but before I open it, I wanted to make sure it could handle my tower. It's the tower listed in my sig, and the UPS I bought is this. It's a 390W, 550VA APC model.

I'm not really concerned about the backup time...just that it can handle the load. Only a 22" LCD will be plugged into the battery section. My speakers will go into the surge protection only plugs, and there are no other devices. Do you see any issues?

Link says 330watts.

The Rig in my sig uses 390 watts at idle according to the APC Powerchute software.
this is the UPS I have

20" LCD, 19" LCD, 8 internal HD's, 4 External HD's, Powered Bookshelf Speakers.

Yeah, I meant 330W...I was thinking of another model.
