It would certainly be cool, but I dont htink i have seen one Vbulletin powered board that ahs this feature. ( i could be wrong, but I would not expect it)

not too big of a problem anyway.
 
Since the forum limits the posting to once every 30 seconds or so, quick reply would be esentially useless. The merits of quick reply fall far short of it's possible misuse.
 
No biggie...the previous discussions are all about the same as this. It all ends up that the quick response feature isn't going to be used on this forum. Pretty much end of story. :)
