Quick RAM question....

The more expensive one has an extra feature: "With Thermal Sensor".
 
I never saw them report a temperature... :confused:

If they are to be paired up with quads though, the benefit of triple over dual channel should be minimal at best. If you do want to get the extra two sticks though, I'd imagine the cheap stuff would work fine.
 
I thought it was somewhere in the 10-15% gain for going trip instead of dual.
 
Definitely go triple channel. There is a significant performance gain for that.
