Hi Guys, I Just received a shuttle which the guy had the Sapphire 64mb radeon 9600pro. I have a XFX geforce 128mb FX5200, which one is the better card? It's a 2400XP, with a gig of pc3200 ram. Usually I would say the 9600pro, but with only 64mb? I do light gaming, counterstrike, and warcraft 3... thanks. I just want to know what card I should put in the shuttle.

9600 pro is about 4 times the card a 5200 is. possibly more.

either one will run counter-strike or warcraft 3 at highest possible settings... but i'd say the 9600 pro even though it's 64 mb will be faster.

You're right that both will run perfectly, however, I swapped out the 9600 before I even played games with it. After putting in the 5200, and playing WC3, you know when you move around the map, it has a small lag or choppiness to it, and that's with some of the details off. Mind you, I'm comparing this with the A64 2800, 6600GT that's my main rig. Do you think the 9600 will take away the lag?

The 9600 Pro spanks the 5200 really hard. The extra RAM on the 5200 is an absolute waste (marketing gimmick), as it is way too slow to utilize it.
