I just saw something on a recent thread (can't find it again) about overclocking the FSB and the potential for bad effects that it may have on an onboard raid controller. Is there any truth to this and if so, particularly which boards are affected, i915 based, i925?....

Ohhh.. I see... so, if i got an Asus P5GD2-Dlx (i'll do more research) and have 2 HDDs setup in RAID 0, if the PCI multiplier isn't locked (meaning when I adjust my FSB to OC, the multiplier affecting that bus will adjust accordingly) then I will have issues; otherwise it's not an issue? I'll start to pay more close attention to people's sig's; I see alot of SATA drives and quite a few RAID setups. I can also safely say that a good majority of people that post on this forum do some type of OC'ing. I'm just lookng to do some very modest OC"ing..... and THX for the quick response!!...
