ATi Radeon 9200 ...250/400 core/memory speed would it run well with doom...and also i was running Halo and shit with it and my computer restarted itself...does that mean my virtual memory went to shit or what?
 
you could try 640x480 low quality with doom and see where it gets ya, if you dont have the retail version of the game wait a bit till the demo is released to see where you stand. that's what i would do.
