I have my 2.4 at 2.7 (hush :))

And this one protein p1108_kiefhaber_20 is taking 20 minutes per frame.. is this normal? Can someone point me to a site with average times for different WU?

Thanks

Also, I joined the horde :-P.

Already done 9 WU. :)

Instead of doing Tinker WUs, since you have a CPU that supports SSE2 I would recommend using the -advmethods and -forcesse flags to get Gromacs WUs and ensure that they use optimizations.

Thanks for the help..

Do I run the fold at home client with -advmethods -forcesse ? Or ..?

Also, after I closed out of everything and about 1 frame after, the avg. dropped to about 13:35 :).

Right click on the shortcut that starts the F@H client and choose Properties from the menu. Add a space then -advmethods -forcesse to what ever is already in the "Target" box.

Example before: "D:\Program Files\Folding@Home\winFAH.exe"

Example after: "D:\Program Files\Folding@Home\winFAH.exe" -advmethods -forcesse
