What is the stock voltages of a P4 2.4C? I was thinking upping my voltage just a little higher than stock so I could overclock to 3GHz.
 
You can run a 3:2 divider and get 250FSB which would give you the 3GHz overclock but i would get some new RAM if your wanting to overclock. I would get some PC3200 or PC3500 and switch to a 5:4 divider.
