Fit? Yes. It's probably a matter if your case can fit it and your PSU can handle it.
 
It takes up 2 slots meaning the fan takes up the space of another slot. And because of the orientation, your fan would be on the bottom of the card. You have the room as the fan is close, but not over, that pci slot below it.
