I ordered an Intel OEM cpu and that ac7 freezer pro cooler. Will either of these things come with thermal paste? Or do I need to order some separately?
 
The OEM cpu will not, but ac7 freezer pro cooler will probably come with some paste.
I would still order a extra tube of paste just to have on hand being at some point you might want/or need to re-seat the cpu.

Freezer 7 DOES come with it i just got one the other day :D
