I have a router that is using DD-WRT firmware, and in the QoS settings, there is an uplink and downlink setting for me to assign.
I would like to limit the bandwidth for everyone using the router. For example, the ISP speed is 30 mbit download. I would like to limit the speed to 5mbit download (I know thats unusual but its a complicated setup).
Will changing the uplink and downlink settings help me accomplish this?
