First if i can where can i find cable sleeves, store wise, i live within major cities so stores are not a problem...if not there where online can i order some? thanks.

As far as I know you wont find them in any stores, not CompUSA, not BestBuy, not Circuit City, maybe your local computer shop, but I doubt it.
 
Fryz\Frys dont remeber which, but they cary the sleeving kits as well as extra shrink wrap and all the tools like that

youll save alot of money if you get the shrink wrap at a discount electronics store, and the cable wire loom at a cheap-o auto parts store
