Quick question regarding Windows 7 CD Keys

I can use the 32bit windows 7 cd key with a 64 bit install correct? same goes for different languages?

I am not pirating anything here, I have MSDNAA.

I am reinstalling my windows y7 and forgot if i used the 32bit key or the Chinese one.
