Quick question on sata 150 vs sata 3

I have an Asus A8n5X mobo with four SATA 150 connectors. Now, if I bought this hard drive, which is SATA 3, would it work in my system without any problem?

sata3? never thought it existed. i know there is sata2 which is also known as sata 300 Mbps

ninja edit: i have that mobo with the WD 320 sata2 for the last week. seems to work just fine.
