Quick Question on AGP/PCI speeds

I'm running @ 145FSB on a MB that dosen't lock the AGP/PCI slots, it can run 150FSB, but the chip is locked and can't go that high in raw MHZ, (prime95 fails and quake3 will cause the system to reboot.) the processor I had before this one ran fine at 150 so I know it's not the memmory.

Anyways, knowing that the speeds are out of spec, it it ok to run them at 36.25 and, (if I unlock the Proc) 37.5 for PCI and double those for agp for the long term?

Edit: Also, do I gain anything for running them at those out-of-spec higher speeds? Forgot to ask that.

There is no long term danger in doing this, all problems will show up quite quickly and things will either work or they won't. If all your devices are working fine at the overclocked settings then don't worry about it. The biggest problem is hard drive corruption but that usually happens as soon as you go over a certain overclocked speed, not something that just develops over time.
