I'm pretty sure this kinda question was asked before in the one of the longest thread in this forum(you know which one) but the size of the thread intimidates me. :D

I have an old Leadtek Winfast nVidia Ti4400.(AGPx4) Will it run this monitor in its native resolution? My card has a DVI port but I remember seeing in its manual somewhere that says DVI resolution is only supported up to somewhere like 1280 * 1024. My specific questions are
1. Is this fixed at the hardware level or a newer driver could make it support up to 1900 * 1200?
2. If I have no luck with DVI I can still connect to analog port, right? I know that the best picture quality will be achieved with DVI but oh well... I have no money for a new machine. hehe.

I don't expect it to play HL2 or Doom3 on it. Perhaps Quake3 level of gaming sometimes. I'll also spend much time coding looking at bunch of text.

I don't know for sure, but that seems like a hardware limiation of your video card.

I do think the 2405 has an analog port, but someone who owns one should know better.
 
I have a GF3 Ti200 and the 2405. I can run Windows @1920x1200 via DVI, and also funky custom resolutions, like 1280x800, 1440x900, 1600x1000. VGA looks horrible, don't even try. Gaming wise, I run HL2 @1280x800, low detail. Still pretty choppy. You should be ok, since your card is one generation better than mine, right?
