Quick question: Does this power supply work with 55nm 260 superclocked?

Yeah it will man. The VX550 has more than enough power with 41A on the +12V rail. That GTX 260(216) 55nm core requires a power supply with a total of 36Aon the +12v rail. EVGA video card also includes the Y power adapters 4 pin molex to 6 pin PCI to connect to your graphics card. You're fine.
