Quick question concerning FireFox

im not too familiar with FireFox , but i think i had it close, except it was still running in my processes , and when i had opened FireFox it asked me to make a second profile , or account mine was set at default user. long story short i made another one. and i dont have any of my Favorites saved, so i was wondering how to get back to the 1st default account for Fire Fox i couldnt find anything anywhere in the options or help.

close firefox, open task manager, kill any firefox processes left, open start > run, type "firefox.exe -profilemanager" delete the new profile (keeping the old one), and close firefox. Next time you open firefox it should default to your old profile. ( you will probably want to make back ups of your profiles)
