Quick question about the Q6600

I've got a Asus P5B-E and a Q6600 G0. Currently its running at 1066fsb. With a bios update will it automatically clock itself to 1333 or do I have to manually OC it or do the pin trick? Thanks.

Anybody with the P5B-E know which bios is best?
 
go into the bios and change the fsb to 334. simple as that...what you're running is a 266fsb with intels quadpump equaling 1066. 334mhz fsb will get you where you wanna be. you may have to also mess with vcore and your ram. google for a core2duo/quad ocing guide or search for the sticky here
