Hi,

OK just received 4fans to do a push/pull on my H100.
the Radiator is inside my case (HAF932) toward the top (above cpu).

Now my question is: Since the radiator is gonna be sandwiched between the fans, what direction do I want the air to travel??? from inside to outside? or the other way around?

thanks

When I had my HAF 932 Advanced, I put the radiator at the top and did push/pull as exhaust. So that would be going outside the case. The gains, if any, of doing it as an intake are negligible. Plus, with those big fans in the front and side, you would only have the rear fan as exhaust, so some hot air might get trapped inside the case. But again, the gains or losses either way would be negligible.

I uses the top of my HAF932 as an exhaust with the rad fitted. Though I use the stock 230mm fan to suck air though the 120x240mm rad. Rad in the case, fan outside on top.

If a radiator is involved I always use it as an exhaust, because I don't want all that heat being dumped inside my case.
