I just bought an OCZ Powerstream 520W and would like know if it will be enough to power:

AMD FX-53 (upgrading to FX-60)
Swiftech H20 Extreme Kit
2 7800GT SLI (upgrading to 7900)
160GB
80GB
250GB

Also, im not familiar with PSU's, but i hear a lot of dual 12V rail or some sort. I have no idea what that is. Can somebody explain it to a dummy like me? Thanks.

It should be plenty :)

Dual 12v rails is a feature some of the newer PSUs contian. It's purpose is to split the incoming power (I believe) onto two seperate rails, then distributing it to the components. It's practically a two lane haighway for power distribution.

Both dual and single rail PSUs have their pros and cons. However, I'd say you're fine the way you are. I'd say most people would be fine with almost any SLi certified PSU.
