quick question about external hard drive enclosure

I'm currently looking at this to house a laptop hard drive:

Now ... for power, it says "Power: Bus Power uses external DC5V power of PC PS/2 keyboard port" ... does this mean regardless of whether its plugged into the firewire port or USB port, it needs to be plugged into a PS/2 port as well to get powered, or what?

these two macally 2.5 inch enclosures(at the top of the page) appear to powered from the USB or Firewire port.

Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately it wasn't the one I was hoping to get. Having to plug it in so it can spin up is about just as gay as constantly having to have it plugged in.
