quick question about bottom mounted PSU's

ok so i just got all the parts for my new computer and i have a bit of a quandry. the case is a TJ09 so the PSU is bottom mounted, and i was wondering since the fan for my PSU is on the bottom of it if i should mount the PSU upside down so the fan is drawing from the case. however, if it were mounted right-side up there is a vent right under it that it would pull air from i'm just kind of worried about it getting clogged.

I have said TJ-09, and I mounted my Corsair 620 with the fan down. My thoughts were, why draw the cooler air that naturaly would be at the bottome of the case out, and why not have the psu drawing cool air from outside? It also would that messed up my airflow path ... but yeah .. I have nad no issues at all!!!
