Howdy all, I've got a Generic 19inch monitor that the display is all green. Everything shows up fine on the monitor but the whole monitor screen is green.

The monitor cable is built into the monitor itself, do you think having the cable itself replaced would clear up the problem or would it be something elese?

is it green text on balck background?
has it worked before?
is everything just greenish? as in what should be white is now green?

have you tried diff video card?

Tried different PC's and the same problem. And its works great for a couple years.

Everything on the Screen is green, I can see everything on the screen but its all greenish.

its like someone put a piece of green saran rap over the screen

The monitor might be dying. Our monitor developed a pink tint before it stopped working.
Or the plug might be borken. Try pluging the monitor in and wiggling the cord, see if the green goes away or if it changes a different color. If it is the cord, then it'll probably be cheaper to just buy a new monitor, I've *heard* that monitor repairs are expensive (I've never taken one in though).
