would you rather have a ROSEWILL 500 w psu that shows 12.4 on the 12v rail

or a antec true380 that shows 11.69 on the 12v rail

either way i think its time for a new psu, since im gettin alot of random restarts with my new venice system.
voltages are taken by speedfan

thanks in advance

I would not use a Rosewill with a perfect 12v by multimeter.

damn, but the antec's psu is not sleeved and just makes my case hotter in general.
guess you gotta give a little to gain something in stability
:(
cant afford a 100 dollar psu at the moment too!

edit:
this is what i dont get.
this rosewill psu used to power a dfi s754/3400 claw/2 250 gig hdds/6800 oc/2 opticals
and have rails dead within spec

now its only powering a veniec 3200/dfi 939 ulra-d/x800 xl, 1 80 gig wd hdd and a nec 3520a.
does this mean the psu is dying?

Nope. 1 motherboard may read the voltage at a particular value, and another may read it different.
