Hi

I am looking for a new PSU to power my 2nd pc and have two in mind atm but have a low budget of £40-45. I will not be overclocking but it is a 2nd gaming machine and I would like to know which you guys think would be best to power the pc out of the following:-

Seasonic S12 420w
Antec Neo HE 500w

The rig i am puttin one of these in is:-

Athlon 64 3400 754 @stock
1GB DDR 400
MSI K8N Neo Platinum
ATI Radeon x1950 Pro AGP
160gb Sata Hdd
DVD Drive
Audigy 2

Either will be perfect; I'd suggest the NeoHE over the Seasonic though.
