I was tired of my eMachine's fan whining and doing a shitty job, so I opened up the PSU and modded on a spare fan I had (out of many).

No before pictures (except what the original fan was) but here's what it looks like now :D

I got it for free, and I refurbed it myself, and it run 24/7 without any problems.
 
don't see many of these, nice job i hate how psu vendors skimp on good fans. :p
