Hey,

I can't decided which one of these will be the best for my system. I plan on over-clocking slightly and I mainly will use the computer to game, watching stuff and programming.

Here is my rig:
AMD 6950 Crossfire
i5 2500k
Asus P8P67 PRO
Corsair HX750W

Ram Details:

Don't really know what the difference is between 1 and 2, besides the look. Any help will be appreciated thanks.

Between one and two I would choose one because it uses smaller heat sinks that may fit better if you use a aftermarket CPU cooler on the motherboard. Number two is supposedly made for the Sandy Bridge but I see no difference. Choice three is just a bit faster.
 
RAM is RAM. CAS latency doesn't matter much, either. With Sandy Bridge, anything DDR3-1333 or higher is fast enough.
 
Get whatever is cheapest. The ripjaws aren't that tall so they should be ok with most heatsinks.

1. Some brands are more reliable than others however since these are all from GSkill there is not that much difference. GSkill is a good brand.
2. Timings and frequency can make a huge difference in benchmarks but in the real world they make less impact.

With that said I would get the first set because it is more likely to fit under a heatsink.

1. All the major brands are practically interchangeable with regard to reliability at this point. Doesn't matter if it's A-Data, G.Skill, Corsair, OCZ, Crucial, GeIL, PNY, Samsung, TEAM Group, Transcend, Wintec, Mushkin, Kingston, Patriot, PQI, etc etc etc. Even most of the "off brand" stuff like the self-branded RAM M-wave sells is fine.

2. Benchmarks mean nothing. Real world performance is all that matters. Since OCing 2500K/2600K doesn't involve or require OCing RAM, DDR3-1333 is enough. There may be some benefit to faster RAM or sticks with tighter timings, but it will almost never be seen in a real world scenario. If you're benching at a level where you care about RAM frequency or timings, you aren't going to be asking which sticks you should get, you'll already know.

I do agree, though -- DDR3 runs pretty cool, you don't need huge heat spreaders, and smaller spreaders will cause fewer clearance issues with other components.
