quick pelt question

I was lookin at doing a setup w/ this type of setup:

Where the psu is almost sitting right ontop of the heatsink...

I'm a noob to this kind of cooling, but would a peltier be ok to use here, and what about this condensation nonsense i hear so much of?!

um sure...? if you dont know what condensation is you need to use the search function before buying the stuff unless you want to learn the hard way (sometimes thats the best way ) its only 'nonsense' as you say. it also depends on your hardware. when trying to cram everything into a small case theres usualy a balance between space and performance.
