Quick Orthos NOOB Question

I am running a DFI P965-S , a P4 D955 EE , 2gigs of Dominator PC8500. and an Ultra Connect 550 watt psu. All of my temps are fine but I would like to test for some stability using Orthos. I am using the version 2004 that is supposed to work with dual cores and hyperthreading. My question is kind of a noob question but where do I put the DLL file that extracts with the Orthos exe? Does it just go in the sys32 file? I would like to get this going asap so any immediate help would be great! Thanks!
