What is included in a barebones system like this?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16856110024

Its hard for me to tell, after perusing the detailed specs, what this includes. I can't tell if its stating what can go in the system or whats already in it. If someone could just tell me what I would have to buy in addition to this computer I would greatly appreciate it

Looks like that is a case, power supply and motherboard. Meaning you need to buy at the least a HDD, CD/DVD drive, CPU, memory. Each barebone setup can be different. I look at that one and go 'ho-hum.' The PSU is very weak.

Well I'm thinking about building a pc for a coworker and all that they need is the simplest, internet accessing computer with room to store music.
