The Quick Links menu doesn't seem to work for me any more... I'm on IE6.
 
What do you mean by broken? When you click on an option nothing happens, or what?
 
Works in Opera, Firefox and IE 7 dont see why it wouldint in IE 6.

You do have to be logged in to see it however.
 
It requires javascript I think, maybe some special css but pretty sure its javascript :p
