Quick launch bar randomly disappears

When ever I boot up or resume from standby, there's a 50-50 chance that my quick launch bar will be there. I've just upgraded to XP SP2, is this a common problem with SP2?
It's annoying having to re-enable it almost every time a start windows.

Same here, but I'm not eve using a service pack, and also there's a chance that I might get the language bar as well.

Same here. Happens even after a fresh install, followed by updates to SP2.
